.12 Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) Protection Zones.

A. General. A person may not use the following gear in the areas established in §B of this regulation:

(1) Hydraulic clam dredge;

(2) Bottom dredge; or

(3) Shinnecock rake.
