.12 Apprenticeship Registration Requirements.

A person may be registered as an apprentice if the person:

A. Is at least 16 years old;

B. Has secured a sponsoring salon in which to apprentice;

C. Has been approved by the Board; and

D. Prior to being registered as an apprentice, has participated in an orientation program administered by the Board.
