.01 Exclusion from Regulations.

This chapter is not applicable to and does not restrict or limit:

A. Other health care practitioners who are authorized to perform these duties under the Maryland Health Occupations Article; or

B. A licensed practical or registered nurse from acting as a chaperone during a forensic examination.
