.09 Fees.

A. The following fees are applicable to polysomnographic technologists:

(1) Initial licensure application fee — $200;

(2) License renewal fees:

(a) License renewal fee — $150; and

(b) Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) fee — As determined by MHCC in accordance with COMAR 10.25.02;

(3) Reinstatement fee — $200; and

(4) Written verification of licensure fee — $25.

B. Fees paid to the Board are non-refundable.
