.01 Scope.

This chapter governs reporting requirements to the Board of Physicians concerning health care providers and naturopathic doctors by:

A. Hospitals;

B. Related institutions;

C. Employers of allied health providers or naturopathic doctors;

D. Health care facilities;

E. State agencies;

F. Health care practitioners;

G. Naturopathic doctors; and

H. Alternative health systems.
