.02 Enrollment.

At the time of enrollment, an institution shall:

A. Provide each student with a copy of the Maryland Electrologists Act and the regulations under this subtitle;

B. Provide each student with a copy of the course outline;

C. Require the student to provide evidence of an eye examination and successful correction of any visual deficiency; and

D. Have available a sufficient supply of approved textbooks.
