The electrologist shall explain the following to the patient before treatment:

A. The treatment procedure, including standard precautions;

B. The modality used;

C. Hair growth cycles;

D. Regrowth;

E. The importance of keeping the follow-up treatment schedule;

F. Possible tissue reactions following treatment;

G. The importance of after-treatment care; and

H. The treatment fee.
