.18 Fees.

A. The fees listed in this regulation are not refundable.

B. An initial license shall only be valid until the next renewal period.

C. The fees are as follows:

(1) Initial application fee — $900;

(2) Biennial renewal — $800;

(3) Reactivation fee — $800;

(4) Reinstatement Fee — $900; and

(5) Inactive Status Fee — $100. ​
